Doctoral Students

I may be recruiting a graduate student interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill for Fall 2026 admissions. The student will be co-mentored in a collaborative environment alongside other faculty at the Winston Center on Technology and Brain Development. I am particularly interested in recruiting students focused on one or more of the following areas: developmental affective neuroscience, naturalistic neuroimaging methods, media-induced emotions, technological/media influence on sense of self, and positive vs. maladaptive technology use.

Undergraduate Research Assistants

There are occasionally opportunities for undergraduate involvement in my studies, often beginning with learning data collection and eventually taking on roles in analysis or independent projects in later semesters.
